I will soon to be fitting front Koni top adjustable dampers to my car, I have already fitted Eibach springs and so didnt want to buy cheap sh!t as the boge dampers I have on at the moment are terrible.
Is it possible to buy Koni top adjustable rears for the Golf as this would be ideal for setting the car up. I would look in the catalogues but I think I've binned them.
Cheers.
Oh its a MK2 16valve on a J plate.

I have some top adjustables on my 1991 8v gti (Front and Rear) , i bought them from Vince at Stealth Racing, if they do them for the 8v i am sure they would have some for a 16v.

cheers for that, I thought they would, How do you adjust the rears, is it with the same little white twister as the fronts?

Yeah, its a bit of a pain though! I have drawn arrows on mine (on the side of the adjuster) showing the way to stiffen it.
They are really good kits and i really can't rate them high enough, it has really transformed my car! i love em!!! ;D ;D

I'll fit the fronts and in a few months get the rears, I'm still waiting for my strut top mountings that I ordered from VW last thursday so its been almost a week, apperantly they are on back order at VW. Sounds like cow waste to me.

Are you using the standard top mounts or going for some of the hard wearing G60 mounts as these made a hell of a difference on mine.

if you want top adjustable rears (konis) buy the corrado rears, straight swap for a mk2.
regards kevin ;)

I've got the standard top mounts. Was going to go for G60 mounts but didnt want to wait ages for them to come.
