Can anyone tell me is there a new Golf due soon I did read somewhere the next model release has been brought forward.
Due to order new GTD soon but would wait if had bit more info on this thanks.

Golf mk7 is due out in 2012.  I feel sure I read that in AutoExpress, tho don't quote me.

There were some pics in some early editions of that magazine and the car didn't rock my boat, too angular.

Don't hold your breath... The "pictures" were created by AE.

The current Golf is making nice profit for VW so there's no point of introducing a new one...

yep have to agree there,new passat,Sharon(might spelt that wrong) and the big jeep thing (can't think of the name) all due next year with major facelifts so that will keep VW busy.

Alot there to keep them very busy

I think every major magazine published it will be out in 2012, not just AE.

It will be based on the new A3 platform which is out in 2011. Not hard for them to make the mk7 as audi will have done the work.

Just get yourself a mk5 until it comes out, its basically a pre-facelift mk6.
