Title: Three Prong Wheel needs some TLC

Oks got hold of a cheap 3 prong of a fellow member and just want to know what's best product to use on it to restore some of the shine bring it back to life at least a little lol, also is there a way to protect it after ?

i ve finaly got a airbag now and fitting it tomorrow, but i am thinking of getting it re trimmed around how much would it cost to get the wheel re trimmed?

As you can see the leathers still looking sorry for it self, if i get them refurbed would i be able to have black leather all around the sides and top and the little bottom peace in like a camo material and red stitching ?
Or would it have to be leather all round?

I'd say that wheel is beyond the limits of what a cream or product will cure. A wheel re-trim is upwards of £100 depending on who does it. They have to be hand sewn, which is time consuming, which costs money! I personally charge £130 for a mk4 wheel.

bit to steep for me think ill run with it till i fancy getting a New/good condition second hand one but till then it well have to do thanks Joe

Yeah I can appreciate its a hard cost to justify, I'm cheap compared to some! just keep on the lookout for another decent one.

its one of them things probably be worth it as would look 10x better but like you say its hard to justify the cost atm, looking for a new job atm as i am getting payed FOOK all atm so i may drop you a line once i get i and have got some cash together, i would be looking for another one anyway as i cant go back to the 4prong in the garage wile its getting done lol  ill keep you in mind anyway thanks matei
