Title: Porsche alloys on a MK1 DO THEY FIT???
Post by: mk1heaven on 02 June 2003, 20:24
Hi im really interested in fitting a set of 1984 924 15 inch Porsche wheels to my MK1 and I don?t think they will slot straight on and I belive I will need to convert my hubs. Has anyone had anyexperiance with this and do you know what I need to do and how much it will set me back. Any suggestions would be great.

You will need to buy a set of adapters. Try 'awesome gti', they should be able to sort you out. Not too sure how much they are but i would have thought 100 quid should get you a set.

You need a set of hub adapters as they are completely the wrong fitment. Unfortunately these cost at least 200 quid so makes the conversion a bit expensive!

H+R do a set I think.
