Title: BMW 17" BBS Splits
Post by: Mr Blue on 17 January 2005, 22:16
Thinking of purchasing some BMW BBS Split 7x17's that have a 5 stud pattern. whats the stud pattern of these exactly? 5x?? duno?

Was thinking of geting some re drilled to fit a mk2 stud pattern 4x100

Does anyone know if this would be a problem. I still dont understand offsets and all that lingo. Someone make this clear for blue

BMW 5 stud
Model                                          P.C.D.  Offset  C/Bore
3 series (E30) M models               5 x 120  18..20  72.5
3 series (E36, E46), Z3                5 x 120  35..42  72.5
5 & 7 series (E31, E32, E34, E38) 5 x 120  18..20  72.5
5 series (E39)                             5 x 120  18..20  74.0

Where as VW offset is 32..38

You could get the holes welded up and redrilled but with that offset you may have clearance problems..
