Title: Mk1 GTI 1.8 Spark Plugs

Can anyone please tell me what the correct 'plug type is for a 1.8 DX engine in a Mk 1 GTI.

The car has Bosch W7DC fitted and GSF have just given me Bosch W5DC.

I don't want to fit them until I am sure what type is correct.

Any help appreciated.

W5DC are for the 1600 GTI and are the wrong heat rating. Euro Car Parts supplied these to me for my DX engined Golf and I had to take them back for exchange. The correct plugs are the W7DTC with the triple conductors.
