Title: MATT BLACK?!! TO BE OR NOT TO BE THAT IS THE QUESTION!

GOT A MK3 BLACK METALLIC GOLF GTI 16V! THINKING OF GETTING THE BONNET, ROOF AND TAILGATE DONE IN MATT BLACK! WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECKON? I THINK IT WILL LOOK PRETTY SMART.

Don't do it, do the whole car if you really want to though rather than just a few panels. :smiley:

Try a chequered roof instead as this will not be as loud and noticable.

Matt blacks been done to death try matt colours? It's the latest in thing with the scenestars. Matt blue would look good

I've been contemplating a matt colour, how does one go about doing it though, are there any guides out there. Obviously you need to laquer it so is there a matt laquer available? Many questions that need answering  :laugh:
