hey all im new to the golf scene. iv just bought myself a mg2 8v gti. its only done 35,ooo miles! its got 17" bbs alloys n lowered alot! hopefully i should have some pics of it soon on here. just wondering what are the best shows to take it to in uk.

welcome to the site matey, pretty low mileage car you got yourself there.

The shows I would recomend are GTi international (otherwise known as INTERS), vw action, vw north west, dubfreeze, check out the shows section for details on these events and many others, we also have meets on this site every now and again, next one is in newark, first week in april i think.

Welcome to the site.  :smiley: A couple of additions to mrwottos show suggestions, you could also do the GTi festival which is a one day and if you don't mind mixing with the aircooled then you could go to bugjam too.  :smiley:
