Title: Hello from a Golf Mk1 owner, plus other VAG group vehicles.

Hi all.
I have still got a 1982 mk1 which has been languishing in a field unloved for about 8 years. It is not a GTI but i loved the essence of lightness and simplicity, which is whats missing in todays cars.
Look foward to reading posts, love ownwers forums, as knowledge is generally superior to most garages lol.
