So just went to go out and the key fob didn't work ie when i pressed the button to deactivate the imobilizer nothing happened, so thought it might be the batteries so tried the spare one nothing, and then i realized that the led light wasn't even on so im a bit stumpped as to what is wrong with it as i drove the car yesterday and it was fine,
any thoughts on what might be wrong?

blown fuse? try the fusebox, the alarm/immob will usually take its power from somewhere in the fusebox
my toad alarm runs off the stereo fuse

hasnt it got a manual fob you touch on a metal button as a back up? is the led on the fob now lighting with new batt? you may require to resynch the fob
if led on fob isnt lighting new battery required, also the spare fob not working is probably dead battery

been a proper wally and didnt turn the lights of properly and got a dead batt as a result :embarassed:
