Title: Boss kit

Ok, so i got a steering wheel off ebay with a boss kit, the guy didnt want to sell separately, he said the boss kit was off a mk2 gti. was wandering if this will fit a mk3? photos and sizes are below. any help will be much appreciated.
all the sizes are in mm.

Cant see your pics but i believe MK3 golfs are the same as MK2s from 1989.

im buying this off oscar williams does anyone know for definate if this will fit my mk3 with a mountney wheel?
dont wanna get stuck with something that doesnt fit cheers

in photbucket just copy the [IMG} codes for you images onto here then they will be displayed.

What age was the G2?  pre-90 spec has a different spline pattern.

cheers for all the help guys, im getting in touch with the ebay seller bloke now asking what age the gti was.

is there a serial number anywhere on the boss kit?
might be able to google it and find out if its pre or post 1990

the kit came off of a H reg which is 89 or 90.... so not sure if that is of any use?

was a 16v because i think it would do the trick mate... would need someone on here to back me up though,  :undecided:
