Title: how often should i polish wax? + supagard

hey how often should i be polishing and waxing my car or is it just personal preferance??ive used supagard polish in the soft pad last time do people recommend it? also ive been told by a few valeters that u shouldn't wax after using it?

finish was really good after a claybar and supagard polish and wax with great shine and beading!
