Title: Hey Guys And Girls Looking To Buy Meself A Golf
Post by: Power5lave on 05 August 2010, 22:13
Hi people my name is adam but im known as power5lave in the mini scene. im currently looking at buying a golf gti as my poor little mini is dieing and its slowing killing me by giving me a bad back. heres a picture of my current little monster ;P
(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v667/Madrox_Child/th_IMAG0091.jpg) (http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v667/Madrox_Child/?action=view&current=IMAG0091.jpg)

i know its not a golf but love showing off the mini lol.

anyway im here because i need some advice, im new to golfs and dont know where to look or what i should be looking out for. ive had a quick browse on ebay and i really like the 2000's gti's but they all seem to have high milage. Is it normal for them to have covered such a high milage. do i get a 2.0 or the 1.8 turbo.

what sort of problems will i face when owning a golf and is it going to be as easy to work on as the mini.

hopefully you guys can make my choice abit easier and give me some valuable advice.

Hello bud, 1.8T definately over the 2.0.  Should be ok even with higher mileage as well.
