hi guys just bought my mk4 1.8t 20v it has hade the following dont to it Ko3s turbo
Full Miltek system/De-Cat Forge DV Boost Gauge Green Cotton Air Filter . i have been calling some places hear in aberdeen re getting my car remaped first company said they could do a stage one and take it to 180bhp for £325 . then i called the second company and they said i would be able to map it to 200+bhp i am not sure about the 200+one . i would go for it but will i go thru coilpacks ... i am realy just asking if my car would run for with the 200bhp map any help would be nice as i want to get it dont this week cheeers

£325 is steep for 180BHP, yours should be able to go 200BHP+ with no real issues, provided there's nothing fundamentally wrong with the car already. You may go through some coil packs but that could also happen without remap, just have a couple of spares handy in case.

Any 1.8t with ko3s and turbo back system can be remapped to 210bhp easy and on a spot on running engine over 225bhp 260lbft.
What engine code do you have? agu arx aum or auq?

The car is a t plate we 70k on the clock . The boost sits at 20 when idle I had a stand still race we a tdi mapped to 190bhp and left him standing . Can u tell if it's been mapped by where the boost sits when idle no
