Title: Done to death im sorry...wobbly bolts

I have searched and just want to confirm that if a set of alloys have the same centre bore but SMALLER dia holes wobbly bolts will not work?

wheels 98 Dia, car 100 Dia

Golf 4 stud is m12, 5 stud is m14 as long as that is the same you will be ok.
