Just bought my first car last week, an MK3 GTI 1.8 :evil: and will be doing a few modifications/parts upgrading in a few weeks time
Joined this forum so that i could be pointed in the right direction, trade parts and learn as much as i can from fellow vw fans :grin:

Welcome along.

Without trying to piss on your fire there was never a MK3 GTI 1.8 . . . The GTIs only game in 2.0 8v or 2.0 16v form.

Bonjour! Yeah there was no 1.8 in a mk3, well not a gti anyway.
