Took the Lady for her yearly check up and she passed with flying colours... In fact the tester was more interested in talking about my car than he was in testing her... He did do the full test but it took him an hour and a half as he was quiet at the time...
The only issue that came to light was the rear brakes.. The calipers are suffering the usual falling that they are beginning to seize... Anyway I have read on a few threads about using Mk3 calipers and Std MK2 discs etc...
But I have also just found a thread about using Mk4 calipers which are made from an alloy so weigh less... Anyone got any more info on doing this??
Where is the best place to buy all the parts - Only looking for new stuff... Don't see the point in buying scrap parts for such important items...

Bolt up calipers, but you'll need replacement hoses as the calipers have banjo fittings. Goodrich do them IIRC.
