Post by: adi on 27 July 2010, 21:39
I am doing a 4 wheel laser alignment at work on saturday, on my mk3 gti 8v, can i use the saved settings in the machine or do i need to change them due to it being lowered. if i need to change them is there a thread with the spec's for this or does anyone have them.

Lowered on what suspension?
How much lower?
How do you drive?
Do you get understeer?
Do you corner hard?

All those influence the settings you go for...none of my suspension settings bare any resemblence to standard VW...but purposely, so I can set the car up the way I like it.

I would have thought additional front negative camber would be a must on a Mk3.
