Title: what oil to use in gti on T&D service

as the title says guys, my oil is running low, and i no its on T&D service intervals so what should i put in is 5-30?? and any brands that people prefer??

Search function, my friend.

Castol Edge fully synthetic, VW LongLife approved.

LL oil is still the best to use on T&D.

i tryed using the search function but couldnt find the answer, i no what vw recomends, but if i havnt got that in my car atm, would a normal garage just put in 5w-30 or 5w-40 or somthing else??
