just wondered if a set of 5 x 100 16 x 9 wheels will fit my gti 8v or stick out to much ????????

well that sucks....borbet a's as well would of looked fantastic. i really dont get this offset sh!t, i want the wheels to sit almost level with the arches as ive been told that if you put some stretch on the tyres you wont need arch work is that right ????

et15 should be fine for the rears but the fronts u want around et25.

tyres will be a factor as well

on these i was gonna go with 215 40 16's. i had a look on the tyre stretch website at a few picks and they looked like the kinda thing i wanna go for

Actually, I don't think you will need any work at all, if it's standard height.

Like those side skirts!

If you want to leave the standard gti plastic arch covers on you will have problems.
The car in this pic looks to have had the inner arches removed as well.

What do you mean better? 16x9 Borbet A's are all ET15...Ask LL, if you don't believe me ;)

They made some in et25 offset.

now im just totally confused will i be better off gettin some lenso bsx 16's and usin some spacers to push em out a bit ????
