sorry abt being thick but where is it on a 8v gti?? 90 model?? easy to change??

stick your head under the car just infront the of the rear driver side wheel. you'll see the fuel pump and filter.

filter looks similar to an oil filter

you've probably binned it by now but, depending on when it was last changed, tip it up and see the kind of crap that comes out of it. i've done some for friends that were still on the original one and all this black stuff looking like tar poured out! grim.

werent much in there after i dropped it onto the road lol, was clear petrol but the filter was rusty so worth a change lol
