Title: Does anyone know how this fits on a Mk3 2ltr 8v ?.
Post by: gasketface on 21 July 2010, 22:39
Just seen on this on ebay and i'm a little puzzled as to how it would actually fit .It has two small pipes on the side at slightly different angles but my original pipe (p reg) only has one which goes to the breather pipe coming off the cam cover.Any idea's folks ?. :undecided:

the maf does'nt fit in this part anyway,it is only the tube between the two.The seller is now trying to tell me that it will fit all 2 litre engines and that both pipes are breather pipes !!!.

ah yeah sorry you're right, maf screws to the airbox not the rubber pipe. if yours is bust then by all means, otherwise I wouldnt bother. the best you can hope for is a bit more noise ;)
