Title: clutch and fly wheel torque settings

Hi guys and girls, my new clutch is coming tomorrow and want to fit it as soon as it comes, but i need a good idea of what torque setting for the wrench i need on the clutch and the flywheel. An answer would be very much appreciated! MK3 GTI 8V 1996.
