Title: are 115 bhp tdi's limited

are the mk4 gt tdi's 115 bhp limited to do 90 mph and thats it? when the  turbo drops out at 3000 rpm and it runs like a non turbo diesel would a remap solve this problem?

nope

classic case of you hitting limp mode by the sounds of it

Need to find out the cause of that.  Remap will only amplify your problems

definalty not lol, mines remapped and now goes all the way round to 130mph  :evil:   Tested on a private runway of course.
