Title: Vancouver Alloys question

Does anyone know if the Vancouver wheels are polished alloys or normal lacquored ones as I'm having mine repaired tomorrow.  The repair guy can not fix polished wheels on site. I am looking for a quick response to my question. Thanks

Aren't parts of the face polished and laquered?

They are diamond cut the same as the Monza shadows.
I kerbed mine in the first week of ownership after a dog ran out in front of me.
I took the wheel round a couple of decent wheel refurbers and they all said if I got it sorted it wouldn't be same colour as the other ones and that was at a cost of £110 plus VAT  :cry:
One guy quoted me £35!!!!

Ended up buying a new one  :cry:

There is no other way out. I now park so carefully that I embarrass myself. :rolleyes:

Im confused as the ones in your sig pic what i thought were the bancouvers are just painted silver wheels.  :undecided:

Yeah you are confused. My sig pic is the Vancouvers and they are diamond cut.
Pity they weren't just painted wheels as it would have saved me £340 odd for a new one  :cry:

My parking is fine its just stray dogs that gave me problems  :laugh:

We've got no dogs but so many cats and foxes that I have decided to buy a gun and shoot the lot!
The cats love sitting on warm bonnets and as they slip off they tend to scratch the bonnet. Some of them sit on roofs. They kiss on bonnets and mate on roofs. I have been spared this so far but my time will come! :grin:
