Mike is going to program my LED rear lights and do a few tweaks for me at the same time.
I am going to get the following done -
Instrument staging
Large digital speedo (just MPH)
Remove seatbelt chime
Foglights to operate with full beam (is this definitely possible?)
Change colour of headunit (any pics of the colour change?)
Is there anything else you guys would recommend I get done?

Didn't you just ask the same question (http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/index.php?topic=160582.0) the other day?!? :undecided:

Get rid of the KMH and change the MPH to a big digital one.
Auto closing windows if it rains.

I might have asked the same question but I was just checking I hadn't missed any good options. I was being lazy, sorry!

Hey don't be sorry. I think most if not all the answers were in that other thread.
Alarm chirp?
-
I don't know if I want the alarm chirp but I really hope the staging works.

My GTI will be due for its first month service soon and I would like them to do the dial staging and belt chime delete while they're at it. Can anyone provide the codes, tweaks, etc. necessary to achieve this? TIA

Hopefully my VAG COM cable arrives tonight! So will be messing about over the weekend with it, so will let you know if there is anything else interesting you can change but at the same time trying not to mess anything up being a newbie to it!

One bit of advice I would have would be to scan the entire car making a note of all the settings before fiddling
Other than that have fun
