Title: KO3 or KO3S ??

my mates just bought a golf 1.8 20v T  AUM  and he's been told the AUM's have a KO3S is this true??

Some earlier models have a K03 i believe. Mate had a early 2000 AUM

It would have been a replacement turbo. VW made a pretty big deal about the improved turbo working in unison with the VVT in the aum tech manual.
