the adjusters on the rear of my golfs coils need to go down to go lower ?

yes, or just take the cups out and spin the adjuster rings off completely for proper lows :cool:

so u leave the thing in with thread on and take both adjuster rings ?

if you want to run it low low yeah, you gain an extra 8mm or whatever the thickness of the adjuster ring is
