Title: To Graphic Equalise or not....
Post by: skcollob_ho on 09 July 2010, 10:28
First of all, I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to car audio, so if the following is a stupid question, then you know why!

My current set up is a JVC head unit with infinity components in the front and coax's in the back. The sound is pretty crappy, so I have just purchased an amp to add some umph/depth.

I have been given the chance to buy a Kenwood Graphic Equaliser, but I dont know if it would be worth adding it into my new set up.

Opinions appreciated.

My honest answer would be to not spend the money; instead I'd save it and put it towards a headunit that will output a signal that doesn't require the tits tweaking off it to sound half decent.

Did I mention I'm in the poor house at the moment?!

So would it be a totally redunant addition? It's only cheap too, thats why I'm considering it.
