Title: 2000 grit wet and dry
Post by: tony_ack on 09 July 2010, 09:37
Where the hell do you get it from?

I've tried Focus, Halfords and the local motorfactors and they only go up to 1200/1500 grit.

I could do with some today if possible, so does anyone know any chain stores that sell it?

Cheers, I've found a few internet places, but I was hoping to find somewhere I could get it today...

But now I've realised I won't need it for a few days yet, so I may be able to get it online after all..

Most motor factors will stock it, but I'm not sure who are near you (Borwon Brothers are national and should be somewhere in Yorkshire). If not, pop into a friendly bodyshop and ask if you can pinch a couple of sheets.

We buy it in bulk and sheets cost pennies, so as long as you get someone in a good mood they should just give you some (offer them a pint ).
