Title: Do all MK5 GTis have Autolights?
Post by: Emeye on 08 July 2010, 14:40: As the title - my last 2008 57 plate 3dr had auto-lights, but I'm not sure the new one I'm buying, a 2006 56 plate 5dr has them. :huh:

TBH I didn't really concentrate on the light, but I thought they were std GTi spec?

Is this the auto light switch?:

I can't remember from my 2008 3dr, I thought it said AUTO on the switch - but this pic is the same as the on in the 5dr GTi I'm buying.

Tiff was filming an SLS at >150 mph a couple of weeks ago. On the same public road I go over 90mph on. All legal.

Aha! Cheers, that explains things, my last GTi was a 2000 MY.
