Title: Trim removal

Is there anywhere where i can find information about interior trim removal like the light in the head lining.. the stupid window switches where the black stuff peels off and such ?? And i cant release one of my rear seats when i pull the lever up i get no feel of it doing anything.. so is there any way of fixing this ?? I couldn't really find anything in maintenance and i searched and didn't really see anything..
