Title: Specifying DAB radio.

I've just looked at the VW webpage and it seems that DAB radio can now be specified with the RNS510 and the RCD310. I seem to remember that DAB could only be specified with the RCD510 previously.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, now I can get the RNS510 upgrade and keep my DAB. Well spotted mate.

Just need to find someone that can get the part.

Its been specified for a while though the sales persons don't tell you this.

DAB compatible radio 1, 2
Digital receiver upgrade to RCD 310 and RCD 510 radio systems - £175

1 - DAB digital radio receiver and RNS 510 DVD navigation/radio system cannot be specified in conjunction with each other.

2 - DAB digital radio receiver and rear-view camera cannot be specified in conjunction with each other.  :wink:

I'd hazard a guess it will be the whole unit rather than an add on.
