Anyone had one of these fitted to mk6 rcd310 does it have same functionality as the old mk5 where it comes up with phone on radio and pauses track etc...????

I had the CK3100 fitted by my dealer predelivery, as they advised me it was better (and a lot cheaper) than VW's integrated Bluetooth unit. It worked perfectly with the RCD510 (standard equipment on the GTI here in France) and now with the RNS510 I recently retrofitted. As you say, tracks are paused, audio volume is cut, etc. The phone button on the steering wheel doesn't do anything, although I believe you can fit additional bits and pieces to make it fully compatible. I would imagine the RCD310 is pretty much the same.

Had mine fitted 2 things that it doesn't do that my old mk5 did 1) doesn't pause the track 2) now not able to control the volume of the parrot via the head unit (RCD 310) can anyone clarify this for me Thanks
