got this up today can anyone shed any light on this as theres 3 different variations of this code, ive had a new turbo, new MAF, new n75 valve and checked for boost leaks
-
speak to Nick about this one mate as I had the same code, I think it was mainly down to my intercooler not having enough cold air to it and subsequently getting too hot
-
Down to driver error...lol
..
The code could be related to the ecu seeing too much load, too little load or a uncontrolled deviation of load. First you need to know how the load is seen, Injested air mass is calculated from MAF value (mass/time) divided by RPM (1/time) to yield a mass. Standard mass is calculated by engine displacement (volume) divided by standard density (mass/volume). The correction which offsets the maths are air intake temps and and alltitude.
If your boost is about the same as it was when you left here, then your fault could be due to a naff sensor reading, or air being drawn in after the MAF. Check your tip connection to the turbo inlet, and clean the AIT sensors and see how it goes.

also mine was pinking its t!ts off lol
-
How is your running now wazzzer?
-
still very laggy
I've just ordered the new MAF so will see how it feels after that. If my limited knowledge understood Nick properly my current MAF is over reading the air going in...
-
hope this helps a bit mate

And the actuator is not playing ball, the mount is bent.

yes that was the biggie :embarassed:

Which way are you going with it? Forge or oem? The Forge work well with the red spring and the R-tech-ko3s map, plus yours has some low load tweaks which at the momnet aint working as they should, but when all is 100% the car should respond really well/
-
think I'll go with the Forge TBH mate, once it's on it can be serviced etc with no real hassle. I don't want to fit an OEM one again and have problems with it later on (I don't intend on selling it anytime soon as something will be taking up all my spare cash for the foreseeable future, not a bad thing though )
Also I have found someone selling them for a ton delivered so that has swayed me to go with the Forge

Drop me an email and I will get Pip to sort you a good price out on one with the correct spring.
