Sweet ride, I used to race at the BMX track in San Antonio most Thursday nights......

Those wheels are amazing!!!!! What are they called?
Stage 3? Are you on OEM engine internals?
Car looks great mate, makes me miss mine, on holiday just now
-
That looks rather sexual
Amazing how a set of wheels and a decent drop can completely transform how a car looks
-
Stunning :afro:

Yeah dyno mate.
Kit does look very tempting! a lot of money to put down though! Must be bonkers to drive though, what clutch set up have you got and brakes_
-
Great pics mate. Not a huge fan of the mk6 but with those alloys !!!!!
-
BBS CKs arent they? Very f**king sexy ! I like it alot
:edit: just seen you said they are, love them. Did a Ferrarir come with them on as standard?
-
I like those wheels but I can't work out what £14k worth of kit has been bought, apart from being a bit lower than a normal mk6 it looks the same.

I will post dynos in a few weeks my friend. I am using stock clutch with South Bend stg3 clutch disc. Just like APR Motorsport race car set up. Unfortunately brakes are stock, and therefore my life is always in danger lol. I will at the least do an MK5 R32 conversion, but ideally would like to get some brembos or alcons. I am simple parts guy selling parts and saving money for his toys. No drinking, partying, I just like to play with my cars. Being in the business, I am fortunate to get a little better deals.
-
And he pays in Dollars not Pounds The APR stage 3 bought in America in Pounds is about 2750 converted.

Looking forward to seeing the results! Am hoping your taking it easy on the standard brake set up! lol they are pretty poor!
Its a very dear hobby we all have but very addictive! Its something i would love to do is the big turbo conversion! Just trying to justify spending the money....

Talking about miles mate.
Over here its 4600 quid for it bought, fitted and tuned. Not actually that much as far a turbo kits go plus APR is the best in the business for kits IMO.
-
oh tell me about the brakes dude
-
Never mind this post

I must say, I am a fan of the MK6, I'm even more of a fan of a white MK6, I'm even more of a fan of a white MK6 with grey/black wheels.
Good work chap, keep it up. :afro:
-
Looks awesome bud
-
Sorry if I sound like a total novice here but (I am), but what have you done here cosmetically? I can obviously see the new wheels but is there a side skirt as well and anything else?
It looks brilliant, i have a three door candy white and want mine to look like yours!

^As far as i can see it's just the wheels and been lowered? It's US spec so has no lower front valance and has side markers but apart from that it appears standard, i like it when most of the work is underneath personally.
-
Yep, looks like its just wheels and lowered. The exhaust will also be different.
