Every time you go through the option and get told about the FSA etc etc it says you will be put through to the next available operator.  Then it goes back to the beginning like you've only just rung up.

Customers = Cannot contact you.

not discount just insured with someone else.

TBH if there hard to get hold of when your a potential customer willing to give them money, what they going to be like if you need to claim
