Title: oem material
Post by: emery1990 on 24 June 2010, 21:31
Atm i have full leather interior in my mk2 gti 16v.

I am thinking of one day getting some material on the seating parts, so its only half leather. Can you still get hold of oem material from anywhere or would i just need to find a look a like, I likes the red and grey criss cross material, not sure what its called, my brother has it in his mk1 citi though.!

Depends what you are after, mostly it is not available due to age - these are old cars! I noticed at dc10, Eurowagens have some material available to match one of the mk1 interiors. Really does depend on what you are looking to do, trimdeluxe have done part leather trims using OE rainbow cloth for the centers which looked really good, very oem+
