Hi i keep having my cylinder 2 coil pack popping up all the time.see a post on here that r-tech had a problem with the same thing.decided to take the coil out and check plugs and found that the plug had only been put in hand tight.took it out and its had it.put it back in until i get some more put the coil pack back on and took it for a spin.feels alot quicker and it boosts better now dont feel as if its backing the boost off and no flat spots and coil pack stayed down now result.
what are the best plugs to put in a AUM engine? has any one on here tried the ecs hold downs?
thanks paul

not tried the ecs clamps tbh although now i wouldn't be able to bolt them down anyway  i'm using nology silvers in my aum

coilpack hold down kit will sort yur problem!.My aum needed this as they kept poppin out!.All the threads are already in the head :smiley:2 min job!!.yes there expensive but they look cool aswel

The ARZ had the bolt down coilpacks so why not just buy them and save yourself some money........

If you want a free fix
You can cut a small V notch in each of the 4 rubber ribs on each coil pack. This will stop it happening. Worked fine on mine for years
(I have the ARZ coils now though, simply because they don't break like the push-in AUM ones)

So far it hasn't popped back up.just wanted something to look nice under the bonnet that also works.
