Title: ABS light stays on(mk3)

i was on my way home from work before and everything was normal then the abs light come on, not sure why, the brakes seem to be fine, any ideas why its done this?

Could be a lot of things .

You probably want to hoping that its a sensor thats gone.

The only way to check is to plug the thing into a computer. 

Take it down a garage , or a mate s house with VAG-COM.
