Title: wheel fitting problem - could i rub the disc mount down??

hey all,
for some reason my rear discs are a slightly larger diameter for the wheel mount, must only be by a mm most....
could i rub the mount part down a little till the wheel fits snug??
or should i just rub the inner wheel bit down??
any help greatly appreciated please peeps, its not going well for me this week!

Very strange but yes if it is not a lot thats fine, I would take it from the disc.

yeah seems odd, think these discs tat have been put on must be cheapo kinda things?
Can't really afford to be putting new discs on this month either!

wet and dry paper do or shall i get the big file out lol??
