Polishers i know the score the best ones out there etc but

lowest setting is 600RPM would it be so bad to use to touch up scratchs?

well i guess will be like a good drill to a b&q branded drill.

dowt the pads and stuff will last as long as better branded but can buy them later

if you havent used a rotory before id strongly suggest doing a course first before you attempt to use one, failing that get a DA polisher which is an ideal and safe way to learn the technique of polishing cars.
