Good luck finding where the rattle is coming from

If you wanted to you could put some fabric insulation in the door cars which may help?

Get them changed if its the plastic ones, there is nothing worse than having to keep your window in place with tape.

At least changing them before they break reduces the chance of a smashed window from dropping, yes it doesn't always happen but sods law and all that, i am going to check and if needed change my drivers one if nesscessary after my passenger one dropped.

Ouch, did that not leave a mark on the paint?

When mine went, I just taped onto the seals, didn't want to risk marking the paintwork. And that was a B***H to get off!

I did the same mate, my passenger side went so I replaced the drivers shortly afterwards. Glad I did as it wasn't healthy
