Need to change car due to job change involving an extra 50 mile commute.

GTI DSG, 3 dr, White, 18's, Winter Pack. Nov '59'

Have had a look at a 1 series coupe and been offered 21k p/x.

But my supplying dealer has a;

Scirrocco GT TDI 140 in grey with 19's,May 2010 for £22.5, and also a GTI the same spec as mine up for 25K.

My question is what sort of deal should I aim for.

21K part-ex for your golf seems a little too cheap to me, you may be better off trying to sell private.
