Title: Hole In Rear Bumper (toebar)
Post by: Ads on 14 December 2004, 14:54
Hey all.

I have just got a 2nd hand Big Bumper kit from Friday ad and it has a toebar, ive removed this and have a big hole i need to fill!

Whats the best way to do this do you think? I was just considering taking it to a bodyshop but thought is it worth it?

All i could think off is put some wire mesh behind it and use some kind of plastic filler?

got any pictures ? in the past i've cut up bits of abs plastic bumpers to fill in exhaust/toe eye cutouts, plastic welded them in with a soldering gun.

the easiest way would be to buy a second hand set that didn't have a hole in it? that would be the smart arse answer! sorry, but you can pick up second han big bumpers for feck all not worth paying someone to repair something like that.
