Title: Alloy kerbed :(
Post by: Enforcer on 31 May 2010, 10:43
Hello everyone,

The GTI I'm about to buy (pick up thurs) has very slight kerbing to the outer edge of two alloys (18 inch monza). It really is just on the edge that meets the tyre.

Based on people experiences - will this be a full refurb job or do you guys think someone should be able to quickly fix it for relatively cheap?

Thanks for your help.

Its a full re-furb due to the dimond cut per wheel aprox 70 quid per alloy!!

Doh! Might have to live with it or failing that see if someone can tidy it up a little better than it is - recognising they won't get it like new :(
