Pics not working for me, is this one done by Storm Developments ?
-
I think you'll find the phrase is:
JESUS.T1TTY.f**KING.CHRIST!
And yes, it is.
£14k and manual winders on the windows. FFS make your mind up - track car or luxo-roller.
Wheel and tyre package looks minging - WAY undershod.
I'm very curious to know how they've not got mad-camber on the back, seeing as that's seriously LOW and the Syncro suspension should be showing about -2-3 degrees of camber at that ride height.
-
manual window winders....that's how I roll!!
I'd strip it out and bolt on a charger
-
Fourteen grand for a Golf2 does not involve winding your own windows, in my mind anyway.
Good luck with the direct injection and the charger .
-
does look awesome and bet if goes like feck!

-
Damn..what a wonderful car
-

them rims just look pure class on that car too, bit expensive but a real nice car all the same...
re wind windows, retro fit electrics if its such a chore
-
£15k for a mk2 , if I had £15k to spend on a car I would not be looking at a mk2.

out of all those I'd have the mk2. The grif will implode in some way or another. The escort has already imploded. The mini is the sensible choice but where's the fun in that? Campervan, not my scene and will doubtless cost more. The BMW breadvan will never be a classic nor particularly desireable.
-
If i had 15k i would have:

furry muff. I wouldn't have the mini or camper but all the others would be picked over that mk2 any day of the week. Think of the fun driving them, then worry about them blowing up when it happens tbh
the bmw breadwan not being a classic is a bonus to me, means they will get cheaper so i can have one
-
If I had £15k I'd buy a lotus elise, put a 1.8T 20v in and tune it up.
-
yep, id agree with that!
might have to go with the honda lump though :lipsrsealed:
-
That was up for twenty grand a few weeks ago.
-
So £15k for a mk2 or one of the following.

30 seconds in, nom nom nom
-
For £15k out of all these cars I'd either have the MK2 R36, RS6, or Porka
ST, R32, Integra etc are nice cars, but I'd want something more special which makes ^ that list  (ST's and R32's I see almost everyday  )
-
M3 over everything else any day
Although, £15k for a MINT mk2 is not that bad, IF you are REALLY into mk2's and can't live without them.
For example, I seriously LOVE BMW E30, and the M3 version of it, which is like 20 years old, costs £10-15k - I would still buy it, because I love that car.
You know what I mean?

It has flaps in it to pass drive by noise regs, with them open they sound the nuts.
-
MK2 FTW!!!
but that audi did look hot
-
For 15 bags i would be looking at either a M3 or an R32.
Or a Porsche Boxter 3.2s if two seats were the order of the day.

You would even have some left over for some hair products and and all day spa.
-
Mk2 for less m3 was the nuts...but for 15k I'd say less mortgage repayments as none of those can be dailys. I like a good daily
-
Looks like a nice mk2, you could probs get some G60 steels, sell the bbs and pick it up for 10-11k ish, considering condition and work gone into it that would make it a bit of a bargain....

Fecking right it'd be my daily..
-
If i had that much to spend on a mk2 i would.
By far the best car at the edition38 show last year (for me anyway) Couldnt keep away from it. just perfect!. Spoke to Andy and even heard that running. Sounds amazing!
Now thats a mk2
