Title: g60 arches help plz

ok well i have a mk2 golf 1.8 8v gti and i would like to get some g60 arches for it do i need g60 wings as well as i went to vw and they have g60 wings and gti wings is there any diff. and if theres anything elss i need plz let me know  :smiley:

Where was this that they had G60 wings in the dealers? Also how much were they charging for them....?

In regard to your question, you could fit the larger plastic arches on stock 8v wings but it wouldn't really be right. So you would need to fit the G60 wings as they have a larger flare on them. Depends how bothered you are about doing tthings right or just looking ok?

Was at vw on there sistem was 109 for 1 wing

Cool, that is, believe it or not, not too bad for brand new wings.

Heard they were obsolete from dealers so pretty surprised that they say they have them. Just make sure that they aren't 8v ones :grin:
