Title: What wheels look good on a 6n Polo?
Post by: Mikester on 25 May 2010, 17:17: Open to suggestions on good looking wheels for a 6n polo, on coilovers, 3 door.

Open to ideas, whats out there other than BBS RM's / RS's

Price range up to say 400ISH second hand/good condition.

Most are 17's though and are a real challange to get on a 6N without resorting to arch pulling etc.

Avoid Polo GTI splits, they're poorly made and no matter how well refurbed they get scraggy really quickly.

Borbet T's look awesome, as do ATS classics.

Oh and 13" Minilights! I'd run these on my 6N2 but the TDI brakes are too big :(

Not true, they look awesome on New Bugs and I've seen a phaeton rocking some similar rims as well. No imagination Jay, tut tut :grin:

Albeit they seem obsessed with massive chrome rims, not my cup of tea tbh.

That's a great idea, could be like those garage doors with tanks etc on them.

Don't even bother with the one gotti just get steel rims and paint them like rare/ expensive wheels. :grin:
