Title: Help on scratch repairs

Hi all

I have a couple of scratches around my car and was wondering if anyone could post a link to a good how to guide?

I've seen a couple on the internet and they say different things like using pens or sand paper and what not. As i have no clue on the subject, i would apreciate a point in the right direction.
